This agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of services. The following are its terms and conditions:

• Your Submissions is 100% certain but it is the sole authority of the administrator or editor of the site to finally approve, accept or list your submission, bookmark, comment. This is something beyond our scope of responsibility.
• Normally the orders are completed within the given time; however we are not obligated to pay incase the process is not executed within the specified time.
• The “Days” as stated in the site exclude weekend and national holidays.
• The site submissions are made according to Google’s PageRank. The rank that is indicated on the submission day will be submitted. Incase the PageRank of a directory changes after the submission we will not be held accountable by any means.
• We will create your user accounts and use them to submit your article or bookmark your site. There will be extra charge for the creation of these accounts.
• You agree not to hold us liable for any charge once the submission is through and the final report has been received and approved by you.
• You are more than 18yrs.
• You are the proprietor or an official agent acting on behalf of the actual owner and agree to assume full accountability of the information provided to us.
• Information you provide does not include abusive language, pornography or any kind of virus.
• Your information can by no means be categorized as a “Spam”.
• While submitting the site, we represent you as your agent and can make any choice on your behalf.
• You are entirely responsible for all the kind information submitted to the directories. We are not responsible in-case the information is found incorrect or unlawful.
